Science Fair and Student Led Conferences

The Science Fair is a major event in our school calendar. Friends and whānau are invited to view the completed projects which will be displayed in the hall. Students have worked hard throughout the term, learning about fair testing, scientific processes, procedural writing, time management, visual language and to think critically about the numerous claims and assumptions that we are confronted with daily.

At the same time we will be holding our student-led conferences. These are short meetings with your child's classroom teacher that help us to share learning so far and set goals for the rest of the year. The home-school partnership is vital to the success of students and we encourage all whānau to attend in a way that is convenient for you.
